No can. Poor ting. But he going try. He and the demcrats are just mad because the recent SCOTUS decisions pissed them off.
Dear joe: you mad, bro? Relax. Ice cream and your ill-gotten gains await you in 6 (very long) months for the people of America whose standard of living and safety both at home and abroad was ruined by you by just one term. One term too much.

Won't happen.
We need to start with term limits for Congress.
Justices are supposed to be nonpartisan. A lifetime appointment seems to be the best way to keep the politicians from stacking the court to lean their way every time a justice/s is coming up on their term limit.
i realize it's more difficult to shove a social agenda down our throats without a cooperative Supreme Court, but rewriting the Constitution is not the best way to win. Maybe come up with ideas that actually make sense rather than passing laws to force all states to follow a Left Wing Socialist agenda.

Would resident biden explore this possibility? Of course not, lest he brand himself a hypocrite.
