so glad we have gun registration - we got these guys (sarcasm)
unfortunately all of us law abiding gun owners will face the undeserved wrath of our legislators this coming year. Reminds me the scene from Red Dawn where the senior Soviet officer came in and scolded his subordinates for killing innocents. He compared the situation to a hen house where every time a fox kills a chicken the owner kills the other chickens for witnessing it.

When I heard about this, it sounded like maybe a ND from a gun in the riders bag or something. But vid shows otherwise. I wonder if they knew each other. Seems too random to just point a gun at someone and shoot.

My opinion is they knew each other.
Reason for this madness? Who the f*ck knows.
Except them.
edited to add: if this keeps up, only criminals and cops will have guns out in public. Those who have CCW's are severly restricted to the point where lots of money paid to wear a gun on the sidewalk.
The hawaii gun laws hurt lawful abiding citizens. Not the criminals.

On the bus is a sensitive place. So even if the victim was 21+, he would be disarmed from shooting back to protect himself.
