Mayor Adams got "TRUMPED"!! I think some of the charges were 8 yrs old.

So did he touch Bieber when he was under 18?  If yes, then I sort of give him a break for being an asshole when he was in his 18-early20's. But he lost his parents in a figurative way. When your dad goes on a private jet with you and you "friends" are doing drugs in front of him, that shows no respect or father figure authority. The money made him be friends with his son and not a father.
