This is why San Diego bars/clubs dont have ladies nights or ladies drink free, etc...
All goes to federal court due to diversity juristiction.
Hes also part of the National Coalition for Men.
Maybe this will get CA to define what is a woman. Then off to SCOTUS.

The problem with people like this is, instead of getting discounts for everybody, they make it so that nobody gets a discount. Totally screws over women.
If there was an actual pay gap, meaning men make more than women in the same job, then why is this not being celebrated as a start toward balancing the pay scale?

There should be more, but not complete, equality when it comes to the government requirements and regulations. But private organizations should be able to decide.

Their group has some good points, like how child custody usually sides with the woman. But other than that, no ladies nights or ladies don't get in for free at clubs, then you have a sausage fest and no one will go, well besides homosexuals.

How the justice system favors female parents over male parents in terms of alimony and custody is not even close to being in the same ballpark.
These National Coalition for Men advocates are trying to create conflict in areas they have no business in. If a gun rights group wants to give discounts to women, to Blacks during Black History Month, to Hispanics on Cinco de Mayo, and Chinese members on the Lunar New Year, who gives a flying flip?
When your agenda is to advocate for men's rights, every single gender-based difference is going to look like a civil rights violation.
Next, we men will be paying more for our clothes because someone sues the manufacturers and retailers who price women's clothes higher -- which has been happening for many decades. Women won't see their prices go down, but men's prices will increase in the name of gender equity.
Ridiculous. Don't like the NRA, then don't join. There are many other organizations out there if 2A rights are really your concern.
