CBS interviewed Kamala Harris and then edited the video extensively. in at least one spot, they edited the word-salad non-answer so much, they actually changed her answer to something she didn't convey.
One of the clips was edited to include a longer section of her response to a
question about the conflict in the Middle East. Trump's lawsuit contends this
editing decision was meant to intentionally assist his opponent and mislead
the public, something CBS News has disputed.

The "official" version from 60 minutes differs significantly from the raw interview footage.

We all know that he has a solid case. But the corrupt courts won't rule in his favor. Look what they've been doing since Bruen as an example.
This is 1 area that he let me down in. I thought for sure he would go hard after the fake news for pushing the Russia hoax once the Mueller report came out.

If you think Trump has no chance of winning, you're implying he can't get a fair shake in the courts.
I believe Trump's been prosecuted improperly -- nothing but election interference.
