Title: get a spotting scope
Post by: ren on December 12, 2024, 07:24:06 AM
Why are you still walking down range to check on your shots? Only the Army does this insanity. All that money on gear and not get a good spotter? ???

The junk thing is that spotting scopes can be so expensive and they seem to jump from $50 cheapo ones to $300 scopes for anything decent. I made the mistake of buying a $50 one a while back and while it sufficed for 100 yard sighting with an AR as long as the targets were the shoot-n-see type I wish I had gotten a better one because the image is just not that sharp.

I'm selling a Kowa TSN 601 with angled 25x eyepiece for $400. Used up to 600 yards

I would like to take you up on that one but it is hard to justify. I just don't do precision shooting that often and I only shoot at 100yards. Maybe if my vision gets worse I will need to though!
