Every bill will get 3+ hearings. WHich you have to re-submit your testimony for each hearing. So keep a copy on a word doc so it's easier to re-submit and make changes as needed. Plus, many bills get killed, but presented again the following year. This way you can just amend as needed.
If you rely on re-typing everything, then you will get burnt out or leave important things out.
