Title: LGS rant- Honolulu Firearms s*#*s!
Post by: Lifer on January 05, 2013, 12:10:01 PM
Let me start with a disclaimer;
This is my personal experience and opinion.
I won't engage in an online pissing contest if you like Honolulu Firearms.
I'm a little older these days and don't come to rash judgements  (at least try not to)

Now, on with my rant-
I need one more part to complete a current build and would like to finish ASAP along with giving local business my money.
I went to 3 local gun shops today; Honolulu Firearms, Gun Source, Security Equipment and was at OGC yesterday.
Honolulu Firearms has to be one of the worst establishments I've been to.

I'll ignore them charging a co-worker $150 over normal price for a pistol this summer.
I'll ignore the crazy range prices and policies.
I'll ignore them not knowing their stock over the phone and telling me I have to come in.
I'll ignore the lack of knowledge of one of the employees a few months ago, at least they admitted they didn't have a clue and only run the register.
But what I cant ignore is crappy face to face customer service.

I've been there about 4-5 times and knew their prices were high, but why not give them the benefit of the doubt, wrong idea, they stil suck.

The store was completely empty of customers, over half the stuff isn't priced, and had to go find someone to ask for a price. When I was given the price, I asked if they could do a little better for cash, the answer was no. Their price is about $50 above MSRP and all I wanted was for them to be around MSRP and had no problem giving them $ 25-30 above Internet to get it today. The other guy tells me since Obama got elected EVERYTHING is out, he throws out the Pmags are $80, and I won't be able to find anything. He tries to enforce the panic buy dilemma and justify the high price. I tell him if your're patient and know what you're doing parts can be obtained at a decent price still. Anyway, he continues the sky is falling statements and I walk out.

Onto the next stores-
Gun Source- they are packed, but Tony still acknowledges me along with his partner and the prices are ok. At least they engage, try to sell and help.

Security Equipment- they are packed too. I'm asked twice if I need help. Again, great service and good prices.

OGC yesterday- packed is an understatement, the crew is engaging everyone as fast as they can, great service and great prices.
I'll end up getting my part from Carter at a little below MSRP and just wait a few more days.

I'm all about a business charging what they want and run your shop the way you want, however be wary of public opinion and reputation. I really didn't care about the price to much, but got more upset at the lack of customer service and the line about I'll never get my parts;  guess what Honolulu Firearms, I just got my grip, buffer spring , BCG , etc in the last 3 weeks and at normal prices!!
The LGS and 2A community don't have to screw each other and feed the panic buy drama. Yes, make some money, but you don't have to be a horses arse about it.

I really thought the new Honolulu Firearms management was trying and Magnum/ Art was out of the picture, obviously not. I now completely understand why their shop was empty. I won't give Honolulu Firearms my business for anything now.

Anyway, rant off. Again, just my opinion and experience....

Happy New Year!!

Nice . You can't beat Carter and Eric in my opinion. That's why I go there for everything .

I agree. I had a similar experience at Young Guns this week. They have article print outs of POTENTIAL bans. No ARs in sight. I inquired about a Benji PCP airgun they brought in and the employee said,"I dont know the price, its not in our system yet." So I left. I bought a torque wrench at slightly above what I could get it online w/ shipping just to support the LGS. No more.

Forgot to add I was at  X ring and Young Guns too this week-

X ring- good crowd. Great service and prices. Dex gave me a small 2A/ cash discount. Took care of another build piece.

Young Guns- packed. So-so service and decent prices. They did have alot of things that weren't priced.

Completely agree with your experience. I try to buy locally before shopping online and SEC and OGC are the only shops that gets my money. And sometimes X-ring. Honolulu firearms and young guns will not get a penny from me even if their inventory was half off due to their arrogant and clueless staff.

For firearms I only go to O.G.C . For reloading I go to X-ring . I guess because I'm in my younger years and always enter a shop dirty after work. Most shops really didn't give me the time of day . Eric from O.G.C from the start treated me as a friend, answered all my questions.  1 year and s couple of high end guns later they got a life customer in me

I finally found x-ring a couple days ago. They have a nice shop and the fellas are nice. I studied the showroom, bought some primers just to say hello and left because they were quite busy helping out apparent newbies.

Never been to Hon Firearms, but I've read other bad reviews.
I go to YG because I've known the owner from wayy back.
I go to SEC because I started out buying from there.
Never been to OGC but my son seems to like it. I work nearby but never had the time to drop in.

Yeah, OGC and SEC are the only two stores I frequent. Magnum/Honolulu Firearms is full of assholes. OGC and SEC have great customer service. I only went to the Gun Source when they were packed, so I can't really give a good account whether they're jerks or not.

Ummm... somehow you edited my post and quoted it wrong. I said I won't buy from Young Guns or Hon Firearms.  I purchased several things from you and Brian in the past and I will continue to buy from you guys.  I've known you since Eurosport/Speedtek days lol.  I'm good friends with Chin, Ethan, Ippy...

Go read my post again bro.

Security equipment is the shop I like the best. Great prices and excellent customer service.

OGC comes a very close second.

Never been to the other shops.

All shops I visited always crowded since the election... Everyone asking about 223 or 556 everything...

OGC crowded and phone ringing off the hook but they try to help everyone as much as possible.... Even my dumbest questions.... The 2 guys always helping me are Gene and Dan always helpful.... I think they need more help cause if your intention is to buy its hard to hold a gun and get prices...

x-ring packed too but people line up to ask questions and they help each person in line... Good parking cause its a huge lot..

SEC same thing packed and very helpful... 1 guy helping 4 people at once but they did allow me to hold the guns... Lots of guys working so they could accommodate the crowd.

Honolulu Firearms 2 guys working all the way in the back, one guy always on the phone and one guy trying to help everyone else... Not hating but they need sales guys between the front door and before the gun section. Lucky everyone is honest cause I shopped around in the front for 30 minutes with no one going in or out or asking me if I needed help. But they have everything at reach you so u can grab and read what u want if you know what u want...

WGS small shop but Joe is friendly and helpful. Didn't even know there was a shop in HK and now I know I may stop by more often...

KGS is a small shop too and Daniel has a lot of knowledge and political views on Guns... He is not the ultimate salesman but is knowledgable and has opinions like everyone else. Once u get past that and tell him what u are looking for he will definitely tell u the good the bad and the ugly... Make sure you have a permit in hand and he will show u what ever guns he has in stock.

YG - haven't been able to get down there but they are extremely nice on the phone. Maybe cause I wasn't calling about assault rifles...

The problem is the customers, if you are there to talk story or show off what u know take the guys out after the shop closes for drinks and shoot the BS so those who want to buy can buy and get out. if you want gun parts or have questions look online especially here on 2ahawaii, too many window shoppers. How many times have I heard guys say are you interested in purchasing the gun after 15 min of explaining the gun to these people and they say maybe next time....

I'm not the most knowledgeable and I do ask some dumb A$$ questions but my intention is to purchase and not take up valuable sales peoples time at the shops. u can get a ballpark of prices by just looking online and then going down to the shop knowing what you have to spend. If you don't have the money that's ok just wait till you do and then shop... I know at every shop everyone is willing to help and answer questions but when it's crowded you have to remember that every shop is there to inform buyers as well as make sales.

Sorry I'm not a salesperson type and I hate people (customers) who just want to talk, brag, or try to pretend to be knowledgeable. If you don't know ask but remember if you want to window shop go to Ala Moana and spend the entire day talking with other people who don't have anything else to do, I'm sure there are hundreds of people who love to just talk....

Get this one I've seen these 2 guys (not going to describe them, but shit i would be worried they actual own guns) at 2 stores who will go nameless buying a 22 assault rifle at each store. They hard a hard time holding up the rifle they were buying and kept asking about how many days to register with HPD, at both stores. Both places explained nicely 5 days including weekends and holidays. 2 guys said why only 5 days at both stores. WTH I would be scared if I lived in their neighborhood much less being a neighbor.

Sorry for ranting and venting but I think all the local shops are great and each has its own personality. It will be up to you to feel comfortable at a particular shop and don't base your decision on one bad experience. Everyone can have a bad day....

One question for consumers out there, why would you want to see or hold a gun if you don't have a permit or have not applied for a permit or don't even have the intention of buying???????

I agree with customers bragging about this & that. Theres this old guy that hangs out at WGS and schools me on reloading and everything else. I guess he thinks Im still a kid. I just wanted powder. Then there's the customer with the SF, Navy SEAL, space shuttle door gunner uncle who can shoot lights out at a thousand yards. Very entertaining but get in the way of people looking to buy. When it comes to guns, every guy is an expert and that lies the problem.

LOL since the range has that large grass area maybe someone can setup gatherings every weekend for those who want to show off what they have.... Kind of like those arts and crafts gatherings I see everywhere.... There is a time and place for everything..... :) :)

Well, I will answer the first part of your question.  As far as I am concerned, I see a gun partially as an investment and do my OWN fair share of research to insure that I purchase something that I will enjoy and not have any regrets about.  I also go into LGS to "window shop" for prices and to see if I even like the "feel" or "look" of the gun I was looking into getting.  I bought my first handgun and AR-15 at the same time without a permit.  Waited 2 weeks, grabbed the permits from HPD, picked up the goods, went back to HPD and registered the guns.  I pretty sure for a handgun you need the information or specifics of the handgun you intend on buying when you go for your permit to acquire.  I cannot speak for those who "don't even have the intention of buying", but consider this, guns are NOT exactly cheap and some may have sticker shock seeing the price of what they are looking at in person.  Just my .02

it's like the gym. you got your guys who go to hang out. you know the ones who always give their two cents about training and ask you how much you bench.  they put on some weight on the bar to squat and put on the pussy pad cause they no like hurt their neck. then when they squat they only bend their knees. yeah those kind of guys are everywhere.

I'd have to say though I've done my fair share of window shopping. you know the Internet is only good for so much. when I do go in and talk to the sales guys I ask for their feed back on their experiences before I drop the cash. for every 3-5 times I window shop I make major purchase. if its something I know I want it's in and out.  the only thing is now you gotta compete with the crowd to get what you want when they dont even know what they want.

why not?  before i got a permit, i went shopping to see what i liked.  i bought at OGC because they had what i wanted for a good price before i even applied for my permit.  i had been to a few other's and hadnt seen that model in stock, so i took the plunge.

I ask a lot of dumb questions just ask Eric at O.G.C . I try to atleast feel the fit of the rifle before buying . Like a car would you buy it without driving it ? Your spending just as much on a gun . I mean you can't fire it ,but to hold it and have someone explain to you why this would be better fit for you  then the other helps. Plus I never carry my permit on me if anything I'll pay for it and come back another day to pick it up .

Honolulu firearms suck balls.  I went and the young guy behind the counter was unhelpful.   This was before the ban.  I asked about a mini 30.  He asked " if I had seen a mini 14, he said if you seen one you dont need to see the mini 30.  They are all the same so I dont need to get it."  He kept pushing a sig 7.62 on me, which I did not want I wanted a mini 30 or arsenal ak.  Sadly "Art" back in the day was more helpful than these guys
All other shops on island have been good to me.  I know a few guys a SEC and go there often.
Ogc was very helpful and took time to give me advice.
"Dex" at Xring has never steered me wrong and has been friendly and looked out for me every time.
Young guns I have no gripes about they always let me oogle and handle the guns.  I buy cheap bulk .22 ammo from them usually
Kgs ive been only once and Daniel was very passionate and helpful in finding what I want in what specs and a decent price

the vast majority of stores here sell handguns close to what you see on line with a modest increase to cover shipping. did the pistol you looked at have any special mods? could have been a performance center pistol? or back to reason 1 above. yeah that would be the reason they still have inventory.

I disagree about not wanting people to do anything but buy and leave at gun stores.

The "Local Gun Store" is an American tradition.

A place to go to talk about guns, touch guns, fantasize about guns and swap hunting and shooting stories.

It bothers me when people say that nobody should talk or window shop or do anything but buy and get out.

If you're so sensitive then do all your shopping online.

I look forward to going into the gun store and seeing my friends old and new.

I enjoy talking to the owners and employees of the stores and listening to the latest industry buzz.

I thoroughly enjoy fondling guns that I don't intend to buy ( but usually do)

The loyal customer that comes in all the time and hangs out usually spends money every time they go to a gun store.

He/she buys supplies, accessories, ammunition and firearms.

I've been shooting since the 80's and have seen many gun stores come and go.

The ones that survived have been the ones that people enjoyed hanging out at.

If that bothers you, go suck an egg.

It wasn't HF, it was OGC, I like them so I'm not complaining. Great customer service and like people said they were swamped and they were still cool. Just that on gallery of guns and various gun auctions it was around $120 cheaper, but like you said shipping costs. So it's on me, I did not factor that in.
Hopefully they'll still have it when I do scrape the money together since I just spent the money I was going to use on another gun and ammo.

Shipping and FFL transfer usually run around $100

$20 more is fair profit for a gun store to make.

Remember, if we stop supporting our local gun shops, they won't last.

Trouble is that you can't go by online prices. I went to a lgs today to buy a hand gun but their in store price was $120 more then their online price. So no gun for me.

When that happens I will inform the LGS of the price difference and see if they can match it. If they can't match it with the additional $25 FFL fee, I order it from online and usually use them for the FFL, if its reasonable. OGC is only $25 FFL.

It serves a dual purpose. 1st the LGS will know that I was serious and just lost a sale and may need to adjust their price to be competitive. 2nd they lose the "this is an island and if you want it you need to order it from us" attitude. I don't see the latter much anymore.

A lot of online retailers offer free shipping on firearms now days. You just got to shop around and catch the specials.

If the prices are higher ask the LGS if they can beat the prices.

Just remember most times if you buy a gun for a LGS they will help you if you have problems with it.

We even pay the shipping back to the manufacturer on warranties. or we deal with the manufacturer to get it worked out.

We do a lot of extra services also for free, like boresighting. Installing accessories, fixing issues & scope installations.

So by supporting the LGS they will in turn support you.

I'm not gonna tell anyone how and where to shop, but I just want to my $.02 on online vs. brick and mortar stores.  1st, Hawaii is one of the toughest places to do business.  High rent, all kinds of insurance requirements, all sorts of taxes, shipping, etc.  To be quite honest, I'm surprised that LGS can offer guns and ammo at the prices they do.  Some of them must be doing something right with their purchasing, because they are only 10-15% higher than they are online.  Anyway, everyone is different but I personally am OK with spending a little extra to keep the money here in HI.  Add to that, being able to handle it before buying it.  I would never check out a gun at a LGS and end up buying it online.  IMO, that's uncool.  But I'm biased because I am also in retail.

Young guns I have no gripes about they always let me oogle and handle the guns.  I buy cheap bulk .22 ammo from them usually
Kgs ive been only once and Daniel was very passionate and helpful in finding what I want in what specs and a decent price

They do suck big balls lol. Heard is all run by church members or something like that, had some girls in there working but they are clueless and the guys are dorks

I've only shopped at Magnum and X Ring. Only because I have known both Art and Brian since "hanabadda dayz".

I've been to Honolulu Firearms several times to use the range, and yes it seems that it needs an "Art" to give the place direction.

Had similar experiences at Honolulu Firearms.  I called in on Friday to see if they had Grendel Ammo available and they said yes but cannot hold over the phone.  Since I have a hard time finding that ammo I decided to head down from Mililani during traffic rush hour.  After an hour, in traffic I finally get there.  The front area was completely empty until I go to the back where there was 5 employees and most of them on their laptops.  I told them I wanted to buy couple boxes of ammo......next thing you know the guy tells me they dont carry that round and they confused if for 6.8 SPC....WTF?!???  How the hell can you confuse 6.5 and 6.8?  Seems like a bunch of kids running the shop.

On the bright side their only female employee was gorgeous!

I've only been into guns for about 3 months, so I'm still a noob, but here are my experiences, all of which took place within the past 3 months:

1. Honolulu Firearms & Range (Magnum): Bought a Glock 19 gen 4 for $591, which I know is high, but I didn't mind too much since I support buying local and they were the only store of the four I went to that had the gen 4 Glock 19. They allowed me to come back and shoot my gun at the range for free (I paid for targets and ammo) while I waited for HPD to do their thing. One of the guys there even showed me how to spray down and clean the gun after shooting. I've been to the shop a few times and was always acknowledged and asked if I needed help.

2. Young Guns: Been here three times. Each time I was asked if I needed help, though I did need to wait around and stare at stuff for a while before being asked. Workers are cool and friendly once they get around to talking to you.

3. OGC: This place is kinda every man for himself since it's always the most crowded. The last time I was there was this past Friday when they first opened after Xmas break. I went through the door right at 9AM, which is the time they showed on their website, only to find the store already packed.  :wtf:  Uncool. I was there to pick up a handgun. I noticed not once did any employee tell anyone who came through the door what they should do to pick up their guns, or where to stand in line for service. Everyone was just kinda wandering around asking, "Is this the end of the line?" or "Is this the line to pickup?" Many of the guns here aren't price labeled and I heard many times employees yelling across the room for price checks.

4. Windward Gun: Been here once. I was the only guy in the shop for at least 5-10 minutes and was never acknowledged until right before I was ready to walk out.

if i need help, i'll ask them myself instead of shuffling around hoping for attention.

I'd have to say that OGC does a good job with customer service. Yes yes its crowded and seems like its disorganized but not much more they can do short of getting a bigger store and hiring more people. The tough part is regardless of if your picking up or buying ammo it all has to go through the computer/register. Forget about just looking for now. Its go there with the intent of shopping and buying in the time you are in line or the person behind you will buy it after you. As for the 9am thing, I know for a fact the majority of those guys who were there before 9am were camped outside trying to get parking well before 9am. Why should the not open a few minutes earlier if their is a line out the door?

All I'm trying to say is give them and some of the other lgs the benefit of the doubt "when there is a crowd". After all its not 7-11 where you just get in line to pay. :shaka:

I honestly shop at every single gun shop on Oahu.

Different personalities, different experiences, but nobody has ever been mean to me.

I'll continue to spread the love because I enjoy having a bunch of gun shops to go to.

Not tryna choose sides, but  X2 million.
Carter also posted on here before they went to christmas break that the store would be busy, they wont have lots of 1 on 1 time, low inventory, etc, etc.

Also agree with Xer21, if you go in to ask questions and learn, dont wait for someone to approach you, be the first to ask.

I was there before 9AM waiting outside along with at least 10 other guys. We waited outside until 9AM when we all went in to find a crowd of people already inside.

And why do I wait to be asked for help? It's because I'm not a rude a-hole. Don't you think it's rude to say, "Can you come help me over here?" when the employee is already helping someone?. I shouldn't have to fight my way to the front of the crowd. I'd rather the store come up with an organized way to help customers that's fair for everyone.

+1. I enjoy going to all gunshops. Because I'm not loaded like some here, I try to buy something when I go, even if its something small like ammo, cleaning stuff, ear plugs, whatever.  (Maybe someone should stock junior mints for KK.)

However, I do check the prices and when the price difference is just too much, I usually pick it up somewhere else.  I mean, it's your money... You have no obligation to buy and no one can make you.

Sorry, I don't get your last paragraph. You know it is crowded yet you still expect service as if the store was empty? Seems pretty easy to ask for assistance without being rude. Maybe I just read it wrong or something.

Have you been to a LGS lately?  Ratio of customers to LGS employees are high.  So figure that there are 20+ customers with 2-5 (give or take) employees in a somewhat small area.  I wouldn't say it's "easy" to ask for assistance, but rather you need a little pateince knowing that there is a crowd and LGS employees can only work so fast.  I would have to agree with the post that stated that it is rude to ask for assistance or attention when a LGS employee is already actively helping another customer.  With that said, I for one don't mind it when someone is helping me and another customer interrupts to ask a quick question, but find it irritating when they pull them away from actively helping me.  I give props to the majority of LGS as I truely think they are doing the best they can during this rush.

Yes, I was at YG and OGC this past weekend and realize it is crowded.

I don't understand why one would expect the same attention when the store is crowded and when it is not. Sorry if I assumed that from his post, but it seemed that the gripe was that no one asked him if he needed help.

Sure, it is easy to ask for assistance without being rude. Wait for a break in the conversation then politely ask the salesperson for help once he is done with his/her customer.

I think he wants a better system then standing around waiting in line.
Maybe they could have a paper and have everyone sign in like at eating establishments.  And work down the list.
Or have people pull numbers and wait till there's is called.
I personally don't see what difference it makes if they are busy. Everyone is waiting for the same service.

If it's crowded though, it's going to be impossible for the store to keep track of the order in which the customers walked through the door.  On top of that, each customer is there for different reasons.  One person might have something super simple that could be taken cared of by an employee at the same time he's helping someone else.  Another person might be there that will take up more time with the employee.  T-mobile's store has this sign in process.  You get helped in the order that you sign in.  Which is the dumbest shit i've ever seen because one time i went there just to purchase an extra battery for my phone and had to wait 30 minutes before i could get someone to assist me because they were all "helping" another customer with actual phone plan set-ups etc.  Then when my turn finally came around, they fucking tell me that they don't have the battery for my phone despite being told they did over the phone 1 hour prior to me showing up.  (As you can probably tell, thinking about the experience still pisses me off) I would hate to see that kind of process at gun stores, especially if you're there to pick up a case of ammo or something simple.

IMO if the shop is super crowded and you feel that no one is coming up to ask if you need help, listen to what the employee and the customer being helped are talking about and use your judgement to step in and ask a quick question if you know what you're there for is simple.  If what you're there for isn't quite as "simple", at least let one of the workers know what you're there for so that they can help you after they're done with their current customer.

Prior to firearmagedon I tried to visit all of the LGS regularly to check out the gun deals etc. Since then only x-ring since I live sort of near by. My experiences have been pretty good with all of them with the exception of Honolulu Firearms/Magnum.

Here is my list and opinions.

OGC- Great staff, prices are good and selection is the best on the island. Parking sucks though.

SE- Prices are good, selection is fair. Staff is young and seem like they were getting too old for Airsoft and moved up to the real stuff. I just find it a little funny listening to people give advise about guns & gear when it's very obvious that they themselves have had very little real world experience. These guys must be badass at Call of Duty though.  I learned to just smile and nod.

Kaneohe Gunshop- Prices are good, selection is limited but he is one of the best places to get individual AR parts if you are building. Feels like the soup nazi from Seinfeld though. Just keep your head down and ask direct questions or "No soup for you!"

WGS- Cool guys, prices are decent and have a lot of parts if your in to AR building, I would say a little better than KGS because they often carry barrels.

Gun source- The owner is cool and the selection pre-craziness was good. Prices though we're a little higher than the rest.

Young guns- Staff is nice but the prices were a little up there. Looks like they have a lot of stuff that's been sitting for a while.

Honolulu Firearms- Staff are young and not very knowledgable. Who are they kidding, it's Magnum under "new" management. Same over priced guns, same over priced accessories.

X-ring- Pretty cool, prices are decent but the selection of parts and accessories seem a little on the cheaper side ie no La Rue, LMT, Noveske, Aimpoint, Surefire etc. I guess I'm just spoiled by OGC standards. The fact that they offer "gunsmithing" gives them an edge though.

These are all just my opinions and I hope not to offend.

We carry all the name brand stuff.  Its all mixed in with everything else. When we have it they sell fast .  Just Ask.

We don't always stock the $$$ scopes becuase they move to slow....but we do have them or can order them fast.

THANKS!

(we are constantly in the process of making our own products)

Thats because they are airsofters. They were the ones at the Kokohead range wearing Epowersports t shirts once in awhile. They can be seen on Epower's pic galleries and forums. They are operators in the virtual sense.

Man I see a lot of posts about price gouging this and long lines that. All I got to say is where were you guys when prices were lower and inventory was plentiful 1 month ago??? If you waited til now to get into semiauto firearms what did you expect? As early as 1 month ago shevles were never empty and there were pmags aplenty! IMHO if all of these people running for the nearest black rifle and 30rd mag had made that purchase in early 2012 and either joined the NRA or was backing pro gun political candidates, Sandy Hook or not, we would not be in this situation. Yeah I know, should have, could have, would have right. What you have now is the reality of today. What will you do now to prevent more of this???

To all you guys who are standing in long lines for $1k WASRs, the $300 life membership will make more of a difference to prices, inventory and more important, YOUR RIGHTS! than spending that amount on a $500 AK. Forget about all the rants for a second. If everyone in those lines signed up, we would be much closer to long term solution to this whole mess.

I didn't say they work at Epower. I've been to Epower and SEC myself. No Im not Ethuggin'. I'm a peaceful, fat and lazy bastard that plays COD and MOH too. I tried airsoft for awhile but that was too much for me. Back to loungin in my gaming chair. Sorry if I offended you or any airsofters out there. Airsoft is fun but it costs as much as real guns and besides I sit my happy ass on the bench at Kokohead taking one shot every 30 mins. No running around on a field.

Anyways, back to topic. I've patronized every LGS to help keep them in business when I can. I don't patronize those that are dishonest with my items on consignment or with my money. I appreciate all the LGSs on this island of ours. Your efforts and risk-taking in this business is much appreciated  I understand everyone has days that they rather put behind them and as long as you don't rip me off, I'll continue to patronize your store.
