every time I try to use the free shipping Midway tacks on the destination charge ($15) and anything over 1 lb gets charged the full shipping rate. 
I gave up buying from Midway.

I am sorry to hear about you not getting the free shipping.
The order I recently placed included a 100 round box of 240gr jhp bullets,.5 MTM ammo boxes,
and some small gun parts. It could be that this time it is truly free.
