Is it still that I can open carry anything, but can't concealed carry anything?

You can open carry anything as the bill that would have prevented this died. YOu can conceal a knife as long as it's not a "deadly or dangerous" weapon. Which would mean it's sole purpose is to cause bodily injury or death. So a utility knife is fine to conceal or a knife that on the companies website that states can be used for camping, or X, Y, reasons are fine.

....
A lot of people, including myself, routinely carry pocket knives. It's a part of getting dressed before leaving the house.
It sure comes in handy when someone brings a costco chicken or apple pie to the potluck.  not joking

If I have a small belt knife in a sheath, how much has to be exposed? Can only the lower part of the sheath be sticking out and make it open carry?
