Title: What is the current law for knives?

Is it still that I can open carry anything, but can't concealed carry anything?

You can open carry anything as the bill that would have prevented this died.  YOu can conceal a knife as long as it's not a "deadly or dangerous" weapon.  Which would mean it's sole purpose is to cause bodily injury or death.  So a utility knife is fine to conceal or a knife that on the companies website that states can be used for camping, or X, Y, reasons are fine.

A lot of people, including myself, routinely carry pocket knives. It's a part of getting dressed before leaving the house.
It sure comes in handy when someone brings a costco chicken or apple pie to the potluck.  :rofl: :rofl: not joking

If I have a small belt knife in a sheath, how much has to be exposed? Can only the lower part of the sheath be sticking out and make it open carry?

For that matter, does exposure of the knifes belt clip make it exposed ?  :wacko:
