Maybe I'm too old or stupid,  but I couldn't understand most of what she was saying. I also tend to disregard people sitting in their car yelling into their phone to attract attention.

She was telling a story about observing animal mating.  Nothing important.

What's important is knowing to not give animals what they seek, or you'll never get rid of them.
