Cheers is long gone so there is no need for alcohol violence.
We need an assault alcohol ban, because one fire induced crime is too much...

We need permits to fill gas. Do you have a need to? Proof of having a gasoline vehicle.

10 gal limit per vehicle except for law enforcement and certain gov't officials.

Hi-octane gas limited to law enforcement only.

Only the vehicle's registered owner/s can use the pump.

Ezternal gas cans require a background check, permit and registration.  Must adhere to  places to keep statute.
