Apparently, Joe did not know who the individuals were getting his executive-issued pardons. He approved the CRITERIA the people requesting pardons had to meet, his staff approved them, and a staffer used to auto-pen to sign them. The only one Biden handled personally was his son's.
I don't think the Constitution allows the President to delegate pardon authority to anyone else.

Or he was at a minimum lucid enough to sign one -- but we'll never know if he could have signed 2 or more in one sitting without Dr. Jill coaching him. I mean, the man couldn't exit a stage without getting lost even WITH people directing him!

I remember seeing a video of him walking towards the back of the White House even though the Secret Service Agent was trying to show him the correct path to take.

The SS agents are around POTUS and their family 24/7. You know they talk amongst themselves. There's a reason why many who were on the Clinton detail are no longer alive...
