As the officer attempted to arrest the woman for Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of an Intoxicant and Disorderly Conduct, the woman then allegedly became combative and refused to comply.

While being led to the police vehicle, she allegedly bit an officer, resulting in additional arrests for Resisting Arrest and Assault Against a Law Enforcement Officer in the First Degree.

This is hawaii, she will be released to become intoxicated again and to also bite again.

In hawaii, our leaders and justice system believes everyone is special and deserves a second chance.

And a fourth.

And a fifth.

And a sixth.
