Does anybody have any experience on RIP rounds self defense? any comments ?. Just looking for reviews and thoughts

If it "segments upon impact", then it's illegal.

It definitely comes apart.  Interesting concept.  Like a shotgun 00 shell…..after it impacts….and on a smaller scale.
