Just in case you didn't understand how the deep state works, they just provided the perfect example.

One of the weapons the Swamp uses is to humiliate and terrorize the accused with nighttime or predawn SWAT entries into the quiet home, sometimes with CNN onsite to catch the whole embarrassing mess for wide dissemination.
They process the accused into the jail, where they have to wait to be brought before a judge. In the meantime, forget any appointments or meetings you had scheduled. When they call to find out why you're late, someone will inform them that you were arrested. Another means of propagating the news.
You'll have to pay your lawyer for a court appearance to handle the arraignment and negotiate bail.
The whole thing is orchestrated and has a definite purpose: to instill fear in the person and their family, and to stigmatize them in the eyes of friends, outside family, coworkers, neighbors, and the public at large.
Even Trump was SWATTED at his Mar-a-Lago home for something as mundane as searching for classified docs.
Talk about abuse of power! Of course, the lie they tell us is, "The DOJ had nothing to do with the tactics employed. That's totally up to local law enforcement who executes the warrants." Yeah .....right. Time of day, tactics, ..... it's all up to locals.

This is what the GOP lacks, the DNC Is willing to go the extra mile. And once precedent is set, the GOP can do the same.
