It's a practice of one "sowing his seed" by spraying everywhere and anywhere.
And a partner that's willing to be the receptacle at that given place and time.
The result? An unwanted offspring as an afterthought. An innocent that goes on to become a wild thing to fend on it's own.

Husbandry to me is a scientific and controlled process for breeding animals. We had this kind of thing in local 4H Clubs.
The Dems simply started giving out free food and money to feral animals to sustain them, and they in turn reproduced uncontrollably.
Then the Dems tried to fix that consequence by funding and pushing Planned Parenthood.
The Dems have no idea what accountability and consequences mean. They go around setting fires in the name of social justice, civil rights, or whatever the buzz word of the era might be with no thought for the side effects they create.
When you ask a Democrat if they have any guilt over the damage they cause, they trot out age old rationalizations like, "Well, at least we tried SOMETHING."
Yeah, just like the Nazis tried to fix the country's problems by getting rid of a scapegoated ethnic population. They were at least trying something.

To clarify, I was asking for a translation of what they were saying in that one hour video. I was able to watch about 5 minutes trying to understand what they were saying. I see some vague internet closed caption but I got better things to do with my time.
