He's trying to disqualify the entire Utah County Attorney's office from prosecuting the case due to conflict of interest.
Interesting tidbit, one of the attorney's "18 year-old child" refereed in the case as "adult child" was at the college and was at the event leading to accusations of conflict of interest for the office.
Imagine being called adult child. Though I guess there's a lot of adults that act like children.

I thought Adult Child was a made up term. Don't remember hearing that term before but I guess it is a thing.

An adult becomes a child again when they become senile and need to wear diapers
and can no longer care for themselves. I hope I die before I reach that point.
On the positive side I do know several in their late 80s whose minds are really sharp and still drive.

2. Give their own useful idiots a new rhetorical tool to pollute this intellectual universe with
… however, because their own useful idiots ARE the inferior intellectual class, all they succeed at is (2) above, while offending the rest of us.
Hence, “adult child.”
… and who could forget of course “Anti-Vaxxer” - a label for any human being who does not believe their physical body exists primarily to serve as a receptacle for Big Pharma industrial output.
