He's a great motivational speaker.  Spoke at our Electricians Apprenticeship class about dedication, perseverance, and success through hard work.  This was over 45 years ago and I still remember how his speech motivated me to no end.

Michael W. Perry is right that they broke the mold after Larry Price was created.
He was a strong advocate for modernizing the UH football program in spite of the
opinions of law makers and administrators of that era.( just one of his accomplishments)
Today our society does not make men like him.
