Chocolate candy in a hypodermic needle dispenser.

Made in China with an Italian name.
Kids can pretend to inject themselves...just like adult crackheads. Similar to candy cigarettes when I was small kid.

The definition of irony:  selling kids candy syringes so they can practice injecting insulin after the candy leads to onset Diabetes!
