EMS said the 15- and 13-year-old boys were reported to be in the back of a pick-up truck and were tossed from the vehicle.

The minimum age for riding in a truck bed was recently raised from 12 to 16.

Raising the age limit will prevent them from being tossed from the bed of a truck?

I don't think it worked.

Maybe raise it to 70 or something.
