The Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH) is warning the public of a dangerous batch of fentanyl-laced cocaine circulating in Honolulu that has led to suspected overdoses.
The DOH is telling the public to take the following precautions:
Assume there is fentanyl in all illicit drugs
Don’t use alone
Always carry naloxone
Use fentanyl test strips
Spread the word
