I regularly get emails from a defensive training school that addresses current issues as they apply to the 2nd.  The last one is rather interesting.

Basically more ammunition for people who believe the current legislation needs to stop lime-lighting to the public and deal with real issues.

We do need to keep hammering on them officials.

I wrote

I am writing you to let you know that I support the 2nd ammendment, the right to keep and bear arms. I am asking you to vote against any new bills that put more restrictions on firearms and the registration process.  It already is very difficult here in Hawaii to purchase a firearm.
