I guess all the positive talk about Obama, Biden, Shrillary Clinton, Piers Morgan, etal. wasn't something worth noting if the shooter wasn't a Republican or Tea Party member.

Been following this one from afar but I don't recall any mention of an "assault rifle" so it probably isn't very useful to them. :wtf:

Huff post does the same saying he "had" an assault rifle but they only say he was shooting with "a rifle." Point is, if he was shooting it up with an AR-15 this would be front page live coverage etc and the anti-gunners would be throwing it around as another reason why we should ban assault weapons. But they are not so that tells me this does fit their program.

I'm pretty sure he is using an AR-15.
I think the fact that he's a (ex) police officer is why the media doesn't want to make an issue out of it.

It's pretty retarded that he supports an AWB that would not prevent him (police officer) from obtaining whatever weapons he wanted. Stupid bastard; what a disgrace to the Navy.

Lets add up all the factors.
1. He loves Obama
2. He loves Biden
3. He loves Feinstein
4. He hates Wayne LaPierre
5 He's anti gun
Oh and I almost forgot...
6. He's frickin killing people.

We are talking about the LAPD here, one of the most corrupt police organizations in the western hemisphere. The guy could be framed and running for his life. Then again the whole statist-liberal-supporting-gun-control manifesto thing doesn't seem to support the current overall media agenda of restricting rights and eliminating due process. It will be interesting if this guy ever makes it to trial, but seeing as how the cops are shooting civilians in trucks that fit the description it's relatively safe to say this guy is not coming in alive.

They said the incident that is motivating him was a case in which he was a whistleblower with supporting civilian testimony and he still got fired (probably why he took out the daughter of the guy that represented him in the hearing). So I guess in his mind he was railroaded to cover up what happened.

from what i know there are at least a dozen different versions of this "manifesto" and there hasn't been any original source for it aside from, "we are the news trust us." i'm just going to assume this is guy that got fed up with the broken system and LAPD is trying really hard to cover their own asses.

Apparently there were two different shooting "incidents" by LAPD in regards to this case. In the first, two women were shot and injured, in another, since no one was apparently hurt, details haven't been provided. But, in any event, both instances demonstrate poor judgement by the police.....the fact that the details of the second shooting haven't been released or reported on by the media demonstrate the media bias....cops shoot two unarmed newspaper delivery girls because they had the audacity to be working in the same neighborhood as one of Dorner's potential targets, and in another instance shoot at somebody other than Dorner, but apparently don't injure anyone and no headlines condemning the irresponsible and negligent behavior. Let's see you or I making such a grevious "error" as see how the press treats it......

LAPD may well be corrupt, but I think until you start talking about the classics like Louisiana, Chicago, & NY PD...........those put the others into perspective.
