My how things are different from here. He told them they could just turn and walk.
"Am I under arrest?"
"Am I being detained?"
"Am I free to go about my way?"
As they say, a right not exercised is a right lost, which is where we are in respect to carry. At least law abiding citizens.

Why must it be that we can only dream of exercising our rights in this manor?
Very informative vid!

Hawaii, aside from us not carrying the guns :P, isn't that different. We actually have some of the strongest fourth amendment protections in the country here. Every wonder why people are not asked out of their cars every time you are pulled over lol?

Whenever I watch these videos all I can think about is Westboro Baptist. These guys are drooling at the mouth for an unprofessional police officer to violate their rights on camera so they can blast it all over the internet. Police departments are actually running training to officers in preparation for these instances so they dont become that guy. Unfortunately, it detracts from training time that could be used for actual serious police work, like dealing with violent offenders; all because some good, law-abiding college kids want to prove a point.

With out the camera would things have been the same? For these "law-abiding college students".
