Dregs - OLYA is on the low end side, but they have a decent reputation.  I owned one of their rifle for plinking on our property in the mainland fie years ago.  It's still in my safe back home awaiting my return.  No issues with it, just used it for plinking.  Cheap and effective.  Some might argue the difference between a forged vs cast AR receiver, but it's a great plinker.  I think that is why OLYA keeps their costs so low and I believe their rifles are forged now.  Atlantic Arms upgraded their site finally.  An AR's an AR but some will disagree.  If your mission drives your gear, rock on!  If it's the opposite then put the piece of kit in charge.  Just my 2 cents.
