My understanding is that you can open carry the knife as long as its sheathed or in closed position.
Or conceal carry pocket knives under a certain size. I believe a 4" blade.
I may be wrong, but I never had any problems except at the airport.

Don't know if its legal but I carry my CRKT M16 knife around almost all the time......
Had it and carried it for years at work and never killed anyone :-\ .....one of the best tools I have....
The government wants to reduce us to nothing so they have no resistance when its time.....
Sorry, I know I'm no help :(

There is no legal basis for most of this, it's mostly all FUD.
Dives Knives are not dangerous nor deadly weapons (says HI Sup. Court), and "Knives generally" are not dangerous nor deadly weapons. Avoid weapon knives (fighting knives, ka-bar, bayonet), daggers, dirks etc. and you should be good to go. There are no published size restrictions, there are no requirements on open or concealed; if there were such requirements, you would see them in the law!

I have one of those as well. I picked the least-scary looking one.
