Eh, title is misleading.
The man has been in jail for 3 years without trial.
Its not about marijuana, its about habeas corpus. Christie will be convicted when he gets to trail but the fact that he hasn't been brought to trail is the critical point to understand here. Its not Christie's disrespect of the law that is on display here. It is the federal prosecution's disrespect of the law.
