retained control with one arm, waved the other arm in the air and ID'd himself as an officer
if you watch the video, in the lower right hand side, there is a TSA guy trying to get at the situation
cali cop was more decisive

If I was that female TSA officer, I'd be pissed at my partner. "Eh pard, thanks for not providing any back-up...... DICK!!"
Took the off-duty LEO kubi nage-ing the assailant's ass to "resolve" the situation.
I too noticed the lack of urgency by our TSA agents to come to her aid. Good thing "Johnny on the Spot" was around to defuse the situation in short order. Pretty swift action on the part of the cop from CA.
