Was at 7-11 and saw the SA article about stabbings are way up around Ala Moana area, supposedly because of all the 'late night' establishments. I don't pay for propaganda so can't read the whole article but just wondering if anybody knows if things are actually getting worse or if it's just a media hype newspaper selling headline.

Maybe if the politicians pushed legislation to limit the length of knives? ::)

I don't think things are worse. I think the media pushes certain items more and it's easier to get inundated with this info now and in a shorter time period.
Overall violent crime statistics are not going up, they are going down,
