so i got court tomorrow. i got cited for shooting a pellet gun in the graveyard right beside my house. the violation on the ticket just states "Replica Gun." anyone know how i should tackle this in court? i really don't want to pay a fine. i haven't gone to court in so long i forgot how it all works. should i appeal it? or plea guilty? or contest it? i dont want to piss off the judge but i want the pellet gun back because my grandpa bought it for my uncle and me before he passed away.

there's no news yet. court was resched because the fucks forgot evidence. i found out i had the chance to motion for them to throw the case out, but i didn't know i could. court is tomorrow now, ill keep you guys posted.
