MB Studio Productions High Capacity Magazine PSA (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7F1nPSNnaBo#ws)

Very true

Wow, that is a powerful message. We've all been saying that for years, but it's not effective with the knee-jerk low information crowd. This kind of stuff is exactly what they need to comprehend the problem with magazine limits. They think "high capacity" and visualize Al Pacino blowing ammo through a full-auto M-16 from a bottomless magazine. Even movies which pretend to be semi-realistic usually overestimate the amount of ammunition available to the hero by at least a factor of ten. Good stuff, great find!

Damn....that was heavy, great video!

Thoughtful article about the video: http://www.examiner.com/article/video-demonstrates-everyday-danger-of-magazine-capacity-limits (http://www.examiner.com/article/video-demonstrates-everyday-danger-of-magazine-capacity-limits)

I love full capacity magazines.
I block them to 10 and can leave them "fully" loaded without worrying about damaging the spring.
Just trying to look on the bright side, y'know?
edit: I also have several magazines and regularly practice how I'd carry them for "bump in the night" duty and quickly reloading from those carry positions. Mag cap limits didn't stop the Columbine guys, not going to stop me.

This vid needs to be on the mainstream.
Funny how Bloomturd is surrounded by no less than 7 security guards when that reporter was calling him out. Over 75 rounds ready to go to protect his "my farts smell like cinnamon rolls I'm more important than you" ass.

Am I the only one who can count to seven? That wasn't a 1911.
-
Damn... I watched it and my stomach just knotted up when his gun went into slide lock, after that you could already predict the outcome.

New York law states you can only load 7 legally, even in your 10 round magazines. :wtf:

Needed a few more mags ready to go

Bunker... one hell of a video. Thank you for sharing....
Narrow minded people just don't get it.... ???
Criminals don't care what the law is.... we the legal law abiding citizens suffer. >:(

I agree, but the averag person who just buys a gun for hd gets it for the sense of security it provides. That person maybe goes to the range once a month if at all. That same person would probably would choke on a reload or jam.
-
i'd bet that the 5/95 rule applies to range use also
5% of people use 95% of range time
just like gym memberships

Yeah, if it was a 1911 he would have only needed 2 round.

Here is a good read that discusses the difference between 9mm and .45 acp regarding home protection and/or CCW.
