Gonna be running the upper mentioned above with a Bcm bcg. What buffer weight should I go with? Car or h1 h2 h3 rifle or 9mm. Gonna be getting from Bcm.

Standard 3.0oz should always be enough.
For a carbine stock

If you went with a complete BCM lower they come with the H buffer. I have the same middie upper and use the H buffer. 5.56 brass ejects in the 3-4 o'clock. I used the standard and it works fine too. To me if it cycles its gtg. Some people are picky with where the brass ejects and use it as indicators for the system being under or over gassed. Some argue that there is more wear and tear if you go too light.

I got a whole schpeel on buffers. But I not going start it here.
It's too long.
All I can say is........
All u guys going heavier.
I am going lighter.

I'm also using a similar BCM upper and they said either a standard or H buffer would work fine.

Until you've received and fired the upper, a question about which buffer weight would work best is moot.
What I would suggest is getting a quality 3oz (regular carbine wt), which is guaranteed to function and go from there. It's far better than messing around with going heavier and trying to troubleshoot (ammo loads, gas port size, etc). Over time you'll figure out what works for you and will probably end up like a lot of folks who have one of each different weight and change for different ammo loads/brands.

I too talked with BCM a while ago when ordering a mid length URG.
They recommended the "H" buffer, so that what I got.
Never had a problem, but I never tried anything else.
