Title: Is it really illegal to have or use a 25 rd. mag???

Hi guys,

I recently purchased an M&P 15-22.  I was told my the gun dealer that it is legal to have a 25 rd. magazine in Hawaii.  I went to another gun dealership to buy accessories but I was told the opposite.  Is there a new law that recently got passed about this that I'm not aware of?
