Title: 10th Amendment: Power to the People; Limit on Government.

Panelists: Sheriff Richard Mack, Sam Slom and Dick Rowland. Sheriff Mack defeated the Brady Gun Bill on the premise of the 10th Amendment.
Sheriff Mack is an author and advocate for state and individual rights. Admission: $20/person includes light dinner.
