Boy. That thing looks BEEFY.  Should be a solid press. .002" runout seem normal and I can get that on my castiron lee as well. However, the leverage of this one should make sizing operations much easier than with a lee type press.

Right now I run a Forster and that press is the real nice. The quick change dies, superior leverage,  and the automatic shell holder makes loading my accurate stuff super easy. But the wide openness of this rcbs press looks like a super feature.
