Title: Is the range open today?

Do they close the range when it rains?

No they don't close it.  I've been there when it's raining, it's open, but it isn't fun.  Don't know bout the pistol side, but you almost always get wet at the rifle side.  Everything gets wet, it's just not worth it.  Plus your cardboard gets soppy and rips up.

Yeah they're open today. My friends are down there today but I wasn't so lucky. Gotta work today....  :(

Thanks for the info. I was planning on going to the silhouette range so I wouldn't have to deal with soggy cardboard or walking in the rain to put up targets. I wonder if it provides enough cover from the rain... hmm, I can still make it down :)
