I agree and received the same info from hpd.  My quote was in regards to Flapp_Jackson and his advice. In particular that your name could be removed was not valid.

Sound like u assuming allot things and you dont know for sure or from actual experince.

The way it is written  it seems like there talking about private individual sale. 

 What about selling to local ffl?  Or return or destroyed by manufacture.  I know many people shruged off by hpd trying to document this with them,. When a firearm is sold to an ffl, in state they register it 2 there shop. The shop can sell it off locally  or out of state. I

If sold locally the previous and present buyer will share the same serial. As the gun will always be registered under your name. This whole bill is BS.

Where u getting this info from????   Notify hpd? Those knuckle heads at registration didn't know wtf 2 do when i tried to notify them that my gun had been sold and transferred to another local shop. No paper work or documents??? Sent me on my way.

  Also 2nd time my gun was defected  and sent back, sw said gun was not safe. And will take possession in exchange for a replacement with new #. Showed hpd the letter. And they said the gun will always be registred 2 me and shrugged me off.

I had bad luck with fenix products. I bought a few of there products from the gun show/blaisdell few years ago. There was a,local fenix dist there.   I tried to contact him about the defective lights i bought with no solution and a empty gesture. Ended up throwing them away.  I rather buy cheap flashlights from costco.  And good streamlights/surefire for more serious use.

It's the same with the other gun organizations, or any organization nowadays.  I keep getting constant spam mail and phone calls from the Second Amendment Foundation.  I keep forgetting to submit a request to them too.

I got the opposite problem with HRA, haven't received anything from them for a long time.  I gotta go see if I'm on their mailing list.

How did you go by sending your request?

This has been over a year now.  There on my block list, but i can still see the attempted calls everyday. Starting to irratate me.
 808-800-2193.  I did answer in the past and they claimed to be nra needing money to fight Hillarys campain back during election time.  I declined to donate as I do bianually with my certification dues. I asked to not be contacted via phone. But they still,do..


Does anybody else get these calls?

Checked it out with my cousin. Very nice facility! Shot a few pistols and a ar9 with a slide fire. Bump fired full mags controlled on target. RO and staff monitored me to make sure of safe operation and handling. As a certified rso and instructor. I totally respected that. There extra diligence made me feel comfortable about the safety of my surroundings ,and the safety of range operation . I think if you can demonstrate your proficiency you are allocated to do what is in your control.

This magazine may be comparable to the Tapco mags.  Seems like they can't hold up a drop test from stomach high.
