I bought a Glock 26 in a private sale with a blank permit. I was told by the HPD that I’m not supposed to use blank permits for private sales but they let me do it that time because they guy was already there with the firearm. I would apply for a permit with serial number, make, model, ect just to be safe. I also sold 2 firearms to my friend and he filled out the application with the firearm info and I didn’t even have to meet him at HPD so it makes it a lot easier.

Do you need a FFL to ship magazines ? Or can you ship it directly to your home? I have a ruger lcp and want a 10 round magazine for it but can’t find any on island.

General Discussion / Registering AR receiver?

Was thinking of picking up a stripped lower receiver. Was wondering if I would have to register it after purchasing?
