Sorry folks... anything that is 12 gage is a shotgun. pistols can only be in 410. and all shotguns have to be at least 27 inches overall with a barrel of at least 18 inches. short barreled shot guns can only be registered by a Law enforcement or Government agency. not an individual. I have brought in SBS's before for the coast guard (line launcher) had to be registered to the agency by a representative of the agency. Anyone that walks in to HPD with a class III or AOW will get arrested. If you have any questions call Aldo at the local ATF office. I have done that many of times in the last 20 years. they will take your question and get back to you in a couple of days. That's my GOOD ADVICE!

Regarding: How much for 1000 rnd case?..... This is bullets and primed brass. not ammo. bullets come in 100pc bag and primed brass also 100 bag. (for reloading)

If any of my rifles shot no better than 3 moa, It would be for sale the next day!!! just saying... sub moa is my minimum. sub half is nicer. and Speed Tec is right, a cheap steel barrel broken in correctly is way more accurate than any expensive one not. Its not the price of the gun its the magic five... 1 proper brake in, 2 match ammo, 3 good scope, 4 clean braking trigger, 5 the right shooter. your only as accurate as your weakest link.

OK so here is the deal! A pistol is defined  by the HRS as being under 12 inches in length and being under 50 oz. in weight. And the mag inserts in to the grip. An assault pistol is defined as over 12 inches, over 50 oz. and mag in front of the grip. There is no way any AR or AK mag could fit in to a grip.!!! So there are no AR or Ak pistols as defined by the HRS. If there was one, you could buy it….A pistol and an assault pistol are two different categories of weapon. One is legal and one is not. It is black and white. On the other hand the federal definition of a pistol is “any gun with a barrel shorter than 16 inches” but this is not a federal law we are talking about, it’s a state law. So we have to use the States definition!   Also to date, every ar or ak hicap mag charge has been thrown out by the prosecutors. If that’s not case presidents, I don’t know what is.
