General Discussion / Re: OGC, not too shabby!
« on: December 16, 2013, 01:44:30 PM »
I've been an OGC customer for years now, but I repeatedly get treated like shit when I go there.  I understand the egos, the cursing, giving employees shit, etc, IT IS a gun shop, however I have on multiple occasions felt like they talk down to customers!

I bought a gun from them, then months later was basically made fun of by an employee for buying that gun (it was a SIG, I'll leave it at that).  They didn't have any reservations when I bought it off them.  This was the last straw, I'll give my money to someone else who appreciates repeat customers.

Firearms and Accessories / Re: M&P 9

I have a full size M&P 9, I love it.  Grip is super comfortable and comes with 3 different sizes.  Shoots great as well.  I'm not completely sold on the trigger so I may replace it, but other than that it's a great gun!

I wasn't aware of this until now.  Glad to see it and hoping for the best.  Coming from a state with proper CCW laws, it really disappointed me when I found theres no CCW here.

Keep it up!

Wow I've been waiting to pick up a new gun b/c of the lines, sounds like it's been good lately.

Arrived and walked in the door at. 2.58.  Locked 2 min later. 10 or 12 ahead of me.

Follow up:

About 3.30 the officers came out for those of us who were waiting to apply for permits.  He took our receipts went back and came back with all the paperwork for us to fill out.   Line was completely cleared and finished by 3.50.

This was my biggest pet peeve! Every person in line can do the 10 minutes of paperwork while standing in line.  Just hand it in at the end and get the stamps/signatures/etc. Ridiculous!!!

Terrible... I need to go back for the third "official" time, realistically it will be my 6th.
