Hello, I have been shooting the heck out trap since I moved to the island and to be honest $9 a box for target loads is starting to piss the wife off. I was wanting to start reloading but I have no idea were to start. Can someone point me in the right direction. I have watched a few youtube videos but I need some guidance on what press, powder, shells, etc to buy and were to buy them.
Thank you to everyone that was involved in the event. I took Kingkeoni's advice and just took my 6 yr old. We had a blast and I got some good information on the local hunting scene. It motivated us so much we went hunting off of pali hwy tonight. Had a few run behind us but none gave us a good clean shot.
No its not really necessary to have full camo when hunting pigs, but if your hunting on public hunting grounds your gonna need to wear commercial manufactored solid blaze orange shirt or vest and have a hunting license.
I just got my hunter safety card in the mail from my family in Michigan so I just have to go get my license next week. I have a bunch of blaze orange hunting gear, I just wish all of my stuff wasn't cold weather.
Thank you guys, Do you need to be in full camo when hunting these boars? I am use to hunting white tail deer so this is a new adventure for me. I am going to be using either my new england arms 20 guage single shot or my remington 870. I need some new arrows and a new arrow rest for my bow so I am going to try a shotgun first.
Were can I buy camo at on Oahu? I just moved here and I need to pick up some new camo. All of mine is all cold weather. I can't wait to go after some of these boars!
Hello everyone, I just moved here from California 2 months ago and I finally got my guns out here and registered. I heard of koko head but I am trying to find a place that has sporting clays or some place that I can take my own thrower. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not sure if I missed it, but I am wondering if you guys carry ammo. I am looking for a case or two of 12 gauge 2 3/4in #8 target loads.
