General Discussion / Rifle range….new rule…june…comply or no rifle range shooting

New rule…Rifle range target frames….must be….5 feet to the center of the lowest target… so 5 feet four inches ( because of the frame legs that go into the pipe ground) to the middle of the lowest target. Starting June….your target doesn’t comply…no rifle shooting! Anybody know the reason?

Rcbs dies...The lc will not resize properly. It will not fully sit into the go/nogo gauge. Using a rem 700 the bolt is hard to close. The base/ rim on the casing is thicker than my other 308 casing. Any info out here?

I picked up a used Dillon swage...it wasn’t working right. I determined that it was worn...contacted Dillion and said it was damaged. They replaced it and everything is good

I picked up a used 600 and it wasn’t swaging the military 308 properly. Ended up the swage was worn, Dillon replaced it and it’s good too go.

got a reply from lymam...the ebay pic was old and shows the old carbide tipped. I received the new all carbided. upper half...good to go

Just received but it doesn’t look like the carbide cutter as advertised. The package looks right and it’s sharp. Anybody picked up this for their case trimmer? Waiting for Tuesday for answers from the company.

Got a few old leupold gold ring spotting scopes. 20x40x60, 30x, and a 20x. The 20x40x60 is used specifically for the rifle range. I can easily see .22 holes at 100yds. The 20x is used at the pistol range. At 25 yds everything is clear but at 50yds I have a hard time seeing all the .22 holes. The 30x makes the .22 holes clear at 50yds and at 100yds it’s a little harder. It’s a lot longer than the 30x.
