Graduated High School 1965-Caddied Friday Sat and Sunday and left Pa.for fishing boat job in N.J.Where did I  stay----YMCA!!! 6 pack of Budweiser on ice in the sink--Tom Jones sounds floating in the window from  the bars---I was one happy n 17 yr old---YMCA!!!

I like this guy!! I just spent 4 months fighting with the emission controls and other "over engineered " sensors and unnecessary added on garbage!! The auto makers have already made it nearly impossible to fix anything without hundreds of dollars worth of diagnostic tools. I got a new scanner but will never have enough knowledge to be able to use it properly!!? Pass laws to force them to make cars and trucks that can be repaired by the people DRIVING them!!! ---Well most of us!!!?

State gave Young Brothers a monopoly on inter Island shipping to insure service to ALL islands---not just the profitable ones. Matson can deliver cargo from the mainland to island ports but can not pick up cargo to deliver inter Island. Any flag vessel can deliver or pick up cargo in Honolulu so long as the vessel did not visit another U.S. port. Would repeal of the Jones Act result in a big savings? I think the state would suck up any money saved!

Never had cats until a few months ago....they showed up looking next to death....all skin and bones. Very vocal when they see my wife,but not really friendly as in pet friendly. Saw the story and can see  how the little guys seem to know how to ask for what they need! We had a rat problem when it rained hard...no more rats!! I'm 78 yrs old and I think my chickens talk to me also!! :wave:
