Here is an exit wound I have NEVER seen from any of the many 7.62x39 rifles that I have hunted with....factory...or reloads. It is a pic of one with a headache from a 6.8. Believe me.....they die faster. The thick puna on the shoulders will not stop a 6.8....well, none that I had to place there. Have to forget about saving anything from that hit shoulder too.
PM me if you want to share some real world , factual info. Be more than glad to assist ….Not interested in getting into negative filibustering with naysayers. Just here to input for your inquiry only.
Again, yes....the 7.62 x39 is a good round. However since its inception, better calibers have come out and will surpass it in performance. But they all won't work if we as ethical hunters don't do our part to put everything together to make it all come together positively.
Aloha...and thank you for the opurtunity to participate.
