I called this a long time ago.

That's why they are introducing legislation preventing patients from growing their own, so they have no choice but to buy from the dispensaries and fill politician's pockets even more.

Nope.

And I had to relinquish the use, cultivation and procurement of excellent medicine for my service related conditions because the state of Hawaii says that if you participate in their program, you can't exercise your constitutional rights.

I wish that applied to all constitutional rights...would be a lot less idiots who abuse the program speaking when they shouldn't.
