Naw, it dumped most of the snow at the higher elevations. We did get gusty 80 mph winds, though.
I live in a senior complex and the management takes care of snow removal, mowing, landscaping, etc. In fact the owner loves it when it snows becuase it gives him a chance to play with his Cadillac Escalade with snow plow attached.
I keep an eye on the weather and usually get a chance to restock the consumables like coffee, milk, toilet paper when it gets threatening. I even got one of these

for power failures. Not much at $89,99 with a coupon at Harbor Freight (coupons appear in my editions of the American Rifleman on occasion), and puts out 800 W, enough to keep me warm with a cable running from my balcony to inside. Light enough for me to hump it around, too. Got an arrangement to refuel it from the car, if necessary. It's got a 2-cycle engine, so I keep some 1-oz bottles of 2-cycle oil around, too.
Hey, thanks, 2ahawaii ! Worked good!
