Article by Herschel Smith, concerning whether or not there is "blood in the streets" of the "wild west" as citizens shoot it out over parking spaces and fender benders, etc., as predicted by the civilian disarmament advocates, now that open carry has been legal in Texas for a year. Something to keep in mind as our local bills for "shall issue" licensed open and concealed carry appear before the Hawaii legislature (Texas has a bill for permitless carry pending this year...), and if the bill gets to the hearing phase will we hear the same dire warnings.
