I have never followed the Bundy Ranch issue very closely... never really got "into the weeds" at all, but I just didn't like the smell of it... No matter what Bundy did or didn't do legally (ran his cattle on land he hadn't paid the fees/taxes on) whenever I see a large number of armed government agents converging on civilians, well, I get "a little concerned" (See: Waco and Ruby Ridge, et al.). But what appears to be happening in this trial is almost certainly a travesty of justice... and as with Hawaii's arbitrary and capricious unconstitutional anti-rights firearms laws, I don't know a single thing I can do about to remedy the situation. But just so you know what's going on... Read it and weep:

Judge Gloria Navarro made a mockery of the judicial system today.

The first Bunkerville trial is underway in Las Vegas, Nevada. The prosecution has had over five weeks to present their case. Now that the defense is ready to put on their case, Judge Gloria Navarro has shut them down.

Out of the entire witness list, there is one witness, other than the defendants, that she will allow to testify. Garrett Frenner was a witness to the slaughter of the Bundy cattle. However, Judge Navarro will not allow him to testify to those events. The prosecutors and the FBI spent a couple of hours harassing this man, threatening him with prosecution if he dared to testify. She has made it clear that he can ONLY testify to which of the defendants he saw with guns.

Every witness that the defense tried to proffer today was questioned by the Judge. She stressed to each one of them that she was ready to have them removed from the courtroom in handcuffs, if she thinks they are committing perjury.

Judge Navarro then backed up the prosecution when they threatened witnesses by naming them as “UNindicted Co-conspirators”. Navarro allowed this bullying, and took part in it herself.

After the intimidation of their witness, the defense believes he has been compromised and stated they are unsure of calling him as a witness. This made Eric Parker so distraught and upset that they have no witnesses for their defense that he broke down and cried in the courtroom. This, of course, made his wife and supporters cry as well.

Judge Navarro showed no sympathy. Reports are that she actually laughed out loud at their distress. The prosecutors also laughed and joked at the defense. She continued to reiterate that they have no rights as defendants.

Navarro also stated in the courtroom that no one is guaranteed their first amendment rights or their second amendment rights. Additionally, she told everyone that there is Never a time when anyone is allowed to defend themselves against a Law Enforcement Officer, even if they caught him breaking into their home. If he even sees a gun near them, they are guilty of assaulting him.



[Note that most of these due process provisions are violated by SB898, but the proponents argument is that since 30 days AFTER we confiscate your guns without full due process, you will get a chance to prove you're not a danger... in other words, you are guilty until you can prove yourself innocent, rather than the traditional "innocent until proven guilty".]

Judge Gloria Navarro sponsored by Harry NUKE Reid and nominated by Barak Obama.  Her previous work is sympathetic to immigration causes.  She would be enraged if a gringo judge did the same to a poor illegal alien from south of the border.   Hope Trump gets rid of these black robed clowns right after isis.

Until raw information is recorded and published by unbiased robots, MAYBE we'll see information without a human "slant."

Of course, if you ask the main stream reporters, they'll all swear they only report "the facts."

Judge Jeanine wasn't afraid to name Reid in the opening segment of her show back in April of 2014 re the BLM land grabs by Reid's hack BLM director for Reid's son ("representing" a Chinese company intent on building the largest solar array in the United States in the Nevada desert...).

Yup, that's exactly what DML alluded to in his documentary.  It wasn't because of a turtle.

I've already come to realize that the US courts are a farcical system only intended to give the illusion of justice. The government controls the courts and does whatever it wants, defendants truly have no 1A and 2A rights unless the public sides en-masse with the defendant and the story can't be covered up.

The only times the government does not get what it wants is when the courts are controlled by mobsters, the judges fear for their lives, or the government cannot agree on what it wants. Outside of that, the small guy always loses, unless its two small guys in a dispute (which does not apply to civil rights cases).
