Who offers out of state CCW classes here?

I know x-ring does, but I think there were some other people at the gun show that were offering CCW classes.

They're pretty expensive, if you're planning a trip to Vegas you can take the class for free and head down to their police department to apply for your CCW permit.

Are you looking at just aquiring a CCW permit or actually getting training? Most that have the right to aquire in Hawaii can get an out of state CCW permit. If you want to learn about tactics, laws, the legal aspect (criminal and civil) then that is a different issue.
